Brand & Fan Content Policy
This English version is provided for your convenience. SuperOvni Studios is based in Mexico, so if there's ever a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
We love it when you share Go, Capy, Go! You can make videos, streams, screenshots, guides, drawings and posts about the game, following these rules.
1. Our brands
"Go, Capy, Go!", "SuperOvni Studios", their logos (including the studio's UFO) and their characters, starting with the capybara, are brands of SuperOvni Studios. Don't register, imitate or use them in a way that confuses people about who's behind them.
2. What you can do
- Record and stream gameplay, and post screenshots and videos on social networks or video platforms.
- Earn money from your videos or streams through the ads or support features of the platform where you post.
- Use the name Go, Capy, Go! to say what your content is about (for example, "My record in Go, Capy, Go!").
- Make fan art, guides and reviews, positive or negative.
3. What you can't do
- Suggest that your content is official or sponsored by us. If you like, add: "This content is not official or endorsed by SuperOvni Studios".
- Sell products (t-shirts, plushies, toys, etc.) with our logos, names or characters without written permission.
- Make copies, clones or modified versions of the game, or unofficial servers.
- Use our content alongside offensive, illegal, sexual or violent material, material meant to deceive or harm others, or content that encourages imitating the capybara's stunts in real life.
- Use our brands as the name of your channel, domain, company or profile in a way that looks official.
4. Special permissions
For commercial uses, collaborations or press, email hola@superovni.com with the subject "Press". We may update this policy or ask for content that breaks it to be removed.
